29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guards shall be affixed to the machine where possible and secured elsewhere if for any reason attachment to the machine is not possible. The guard shall be such that it does not offer an accident hazard in itself: At a facility located at 950 Breezewood Lane in Neenah, WI; the employer did not affix guards to Press 1, identified as the Mark Andy P7 Printing Press (Model P7-17, S#1501699/2014), at the Dies Station's north end where ingoing nip points from guide/driver rolls were present. The guards were equipped with handles and were held in place on the press via magnets.
