29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a- 40 Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 09/03/22 a worker and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 30 feet to the ground surface below, when working/walking from a single piece of OSB (reinforced with 2 x 4s) while it rested, unsecured on the elevated forks of an all terrain fork truck. The worker and worksite Foreman were not utilizing any fall protection at the time of the exposure. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
