29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii) :Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a. Building 49 Second/third floor levels - On or about July 11, 2022, the staircases were not provided with stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge. JSH Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567605, citation number 1, item number 5b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 111-113 Lock St., Nashua, NH.
