29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(v): Receptacles connected to circuits having different voltages, frequencies, or types of current (ac or dc) on the same premises were not of such design that the attachment plugs used on these circuits are not interchangeable. Site- Employees were not protected from electric shock and burns where 220-volt relocatable power taps, that were not approved by a nationally recognized testing laboratory, were in service and had the ability to accept a 110-volt attachment plug for 110-volt cord and plug connected equipment.
