On or about May 4, 2022, and times prior, employees were exposed to asbestos fibers where the employer permitted respirators to be worn by employees who had facial hair and beards that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face and/or interfered with valve function while entering active 'Regulated' Asbestos Containment areas.
