29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each shift for chemicals used: a) Empire Marble and Granite, LLC./5 Chris Court/Dayton, NJ 08870 - Facility & Work Sites: The employer did not provide safety data sheets for the chemicals employees were exposed to, including but not limited to: - Tenax Ager -granite sealer (contains Methanol, Dibutyltin Dilaurate) - V-Max SV9 - stone adhesive (contains Vinyl Ester Resin, Styrene) - Crown Lacquer Thinner (contains Methanol, Heptane, Acetone) - etc. Condition noted on or about 4/21/2022.
