Warehouse Battery Charging Station: On and/or before March 3, 2022 employee(s) used the battery charging system to charge forklift(s) and Mules. Battery Charger 05 had round sharp cutouts from the aluminum housing which had electrical wiring passing through and was not effectively closed. Employees were exposed to electrical sock hazards.
