29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: 307 Airport Road, Fitchburg, MA: On or about March 3, 2022 and at times prior, the employer did not provide laboratory employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: Acetonitrile, Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropyl alcohol, 0.1% Formic acid and cannabis crude oil.
