Production Area: On, or about, May 12, 2022, directional signage was not provided along aisles and in work areas to direct employees to exit routes in the event of an emergency. B. Exit Along Front Wall, Past Showroom: On, or about, June 17, 2022, the exit door was recessed into the wall and could not be seen along the exit route.
