29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12):Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 31st, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. An employee was observed using a stairwell that did not have a guard rail system. The stairwell landing did not have a guardrail system in place.
