29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located less than eight feet off the floor had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: (a)Hajoca Corporation dba McDonald Supply at 5626 West 9th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to January 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical hazard in double row/tube fluorescent lighting fixtures were installed on the lower level of mezzanine approximately 7.5 feet above ground level.
