29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) Pioneer Enterprises LLC., doing business as, C&R Recyclers LLC, located at 19242 State Route 576 in Pioneer, Ohio: On or about January 21, 2022 the employer did not ensure safety data sheets for chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane were available. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with propane such as, but not limited to, dizziness, confusion, asphyxia and frostbite when refurbishing propane tanks.
