29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a. On or about November 10, 2021, employees were using chemicals such as Remasol and RemCement during the re-treading process of commercial vehicle tires, and were also pouring/ transferring these chemicals from the original five gallon containers into smaller plastic bottles, during which time the employer had not provided/ the employees did not have safety data sheets for each of the hazardous chemicals in use; therefore exposing the employees to eye, face and hand chemical hazards.
