29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(i): The employer did not provide clean change areas as an interim protection for employees performing tasks as specified in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2): a) Worksite at 621 Main St, Boonton, NJ The employer did not provide workers who were replacing siding and hand sanding paint containing 4.5%, 5.2%, 6.2% and 8.0% lead a clean change area. Workers donned and doffed coveralls, gloves, booties and filtering facepiece respirators outside at the work truck. Violation occurred on or about 09/21/2021.
