29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: a) At the Shaker Screen Infeed Conveyor, located at 8985 Pine Tree Trail, Swainsboro, GA, 30401, on or about September 07, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and nip point hazards, in that they did not have access to stop or emergency stop push buttons while working around an exposed and unguarded conveyor tail spool.
