29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(4)(i): For solid metal, solid wood, or plastic items that are not exempted as articles due to their downstream use, or shipments of whole grain, the required label was not transmitted to the customer at the time of the initial shipment: a) PGA Incorporated: The employer manufactured and sold hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, polyethylene terephthalate 1 (PET-1), and the employer did not appropriately label containers of hazardous chemicals that were shipped to customers, on or about September 2, 2021. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: Labels on shipped containers shall comply with 1910.1200(f)(1).
