29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15)(iv): The ladder legs were not secured to prevent them from slipping or being pushed off the platform: a) 200 Crownshield Ave., Uxbridge, MA: On or about August 30, 2021, an employee was working from a ladder whose legs had not been secured to the scaffold platform. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
