29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords were being used as a permanent source for wiring. a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE - (Hallway to Spiral Freezer) On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure flexible cords were not run through the plenum space and ceiling tiles. CSHO's observed extension cords were run through ceiling tile in the grilled chicken line hallway.
