29 CFR 1910.1053(j)(2):The employer did not post signs at all entrances to regulated areas that bear the following legend: DANGER RESPIRABLE CRYSTALLINE SILICA MAY CAUSE CANCER CAUSES DAMAGE TO LUNGS WEAR RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IN THIS AREA AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY Employees are exposed to respiratory health hazards. Employees engaged in concrete mix handling at the manufacturing area were exposed to respirable crystalline silica at 58.7 �g/m� and 31.8 �g/m� in a 8-hour TWA. The employer did not post signs to alert employees of potential high concentrations of respirable crystalline silica. Employees were pouring concrete mix at vaults and cleaning concrete mixer.
