29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii):Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have load engaging means fully lowered: a. 4050 Tremley Point Rd., Linden, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that employees operating powered industrial equipment fully lowered the forks prior to dismounting the equipment. Employees engaged in warehousing activities dismounted powered industrial trucks that included, but were not limited to Yale, GLP030VX, forklifts, where an employee dismounted the equipment with the forks remaining elevated while he adjusted the products on the pallet. Violation observed on or about June 22, 2021
