29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3):A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months. On or about May 26, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating cranes on the production floor without the employer ensuring the cranes have been inspected for damage or malfunction, exposing employees to hazards such as, but not limited to being struck by the cranes attachments and being stuck by materials the crane is handling.
