29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: At the workplace located at 1020 West 29th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, employees were exposed to serious caught-in hazards from the two Bell Industries top and face tooling machines. The Bell Industries top and face tooling machines did not have their horizontal belts guarded. Employees were exposed to ingoing nip points from the unguarded belts.
