29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: At the jobsite located at 5102 26th St Wichita KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a Werner 10 foot A-frame ladder, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in that the ladder was not used for the purpose that it was designed. An employee was working from the ladder while it was leaned against the structure.
