29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a. On or about November 23, 2020, at the service department, the safety data sheets were not available for employees handling hazardous materials such as but not limited to antifreeze coolant, diesel exhaust fluid, and engine oil, exposing employees to inhalation hazards and chemical burns.
