29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact came closer than 10 ft. to an unguarded, energized overhead line: a. On or about October 9, 2020, at 1245 Mill Creek Rd, Bradenton, FL 34212, employees were exposed to overhead power lines powered to 13,200 volts during tree trimming and clearing, in that, while in an elevated non-insulated vehicle mounted platform contact was made with the power line causing serious injuries to an employee.
