29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support off-hand grinding work and/or work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch: a) Outside of the Shop, Near Roll-up Door - On or about July 14, 2020, the Craftsman bench grinder was not equipped with a work rest on the left or right wheel, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards from the wheel and the material being grinded.
