29 CFR 1910.272(q)(6): The employer did not equip bucket elevators with a belt alignment monitoring device which will initiate an alarm to employees when the belt is not tracking properly; or, provide a means to keep the belt tracking properly, such as a system that provides constant alignment adjustment of belts: (a) On or about May 25, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employees exposed to potential explosion hazards while operating bucket elevators to move product in and out of the dryer at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
