29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: b. On or about March 31, 2020, at the trench jobsite, the employees working in a trench, that measured 8 feet 4 inches deep, were not trained on the hazards associated with using a 20 foot extension ladder while in a trench.
