29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about February 7, 2020 production area: Where employees perform service and/or maintenance consisting of but limited to installing, setup, repair, and processing the molds, press, and other machines, the procedures failed to clearly identify and specify how long need to wait for the injection molds to cool off when they heat up to 400 degrees.
