29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area shear line 1, employees were exposed to caught-in and struck by hazards, in that, a series of belts at the side of the shear line table did not have a guard to fully enclose the moving parts. b.
