29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior to, employees were not provided training on the hazards involved in fighting incipient stage fires and how to use portable fire extinguishers. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 1, item number 3/b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
