29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about 9/11/2019 throughout the facility workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the employer failed to inspect the portable fire extinguishers on a monthly basis since 4/19/2018, where workers are expected to fight incipient level fires. During the walkaround inspection there were noted discrepancies including but not limited to: a. location BA fire extinguisher damaged b. location BF fire extinguisher blocked by pallets
