29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: The employer is failing to label breaker controls within a circuit breaker panel located on the south wall of the Pomp's Tire Service warehouse. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service warehouse at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. Failing to label a breaker can lead to an issue in the event of a sudden need to open a circuit for emergency reasons (electrical fire, injury, etc.). The labeling on the breakers was faded and illegible.
