29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: Taylor Pallets & Recycling, Inc., Winder, Ga - On or about May 30, 2019, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while lifting extremely high stacks of wooden pallets that were not stable or safely arranged to elevated heights that could fall onto other employees walking in the area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
