29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4): Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served: a) Building #672, Break Area: A 120 volt ISOBAR Model 1B-4 relocatable power tap designed and listed for a maximum amperage of 15 amps, was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as; An Emerson Microwave Oven Model MW119W (12.5 amps); A Black and Decker Toaster Oven (15.4 amps); and a GE full sized refrigerator (6 amps). The total amperage of the items plugged into it came to a total of 33.9 amps over double what the power tap could safely handle.
