29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about July 5, 2019, employees were exposed to fall of approximately 11 feet 5 inches when they were engaged in residential construction activities including, but not limited to, re-roofing and re-siding the entryway overhangs on apartment buildings. The employer failed to provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards.
