29 CFR 1910.215(b)(3): Bench and/or floor stand grinding machinery had angular exposure of the grinding wheel periphery and sides for safety guard(s) which exceeded 125 degrees where the work required contact with the wheel below the horizontal plane of the wheel spindle: a) Worksite - On or about June 25, 2019, employees were using a bench grinder where the side guards were not installed allowing for open sides and a lack of guarding for the spindle nut.
