29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: At the establishment, the left tongue guards were not provided on the Chicago 6" bench grinder and the Northern Industrial 6" bench grinder, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by the wheel and flying parts.
