29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): ("General.") Employers shall provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for an employee, and shall comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before that employee begins the work that necessitates the fall protection. On May 21, 2019, located at a commercial structure, employees were not provided with a fall protection system as required by this subpart before performing truss grid work at elevation while not utilizing an effective fall protection system. Potential fall heights were determined to be greater than 13 feet above ground level.
