29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): Each flight of stairs having at least three (3) treads and at least four (4) risers was not equipped with stair rail systems and handrails: The employer does not protect employees from fall hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, a flight of wooden stairs leading up to the Storage Bin containing oats was not equipped with a stair rail system. The first section of these stairs consisted of five risers. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
