29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 406 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, NJ The employer did not provide employees effective training on the hazards of the chemicals used on a daily basis. Employees engaged in the manufacture of specialized tubing parts used chemicals that included, but were not limited to, acetone, WD-40, and commercial lubricants on a daily basis to clean and lubricate parts and equipment and were not provided effective training on the hazards of those chemicals. Violation occurred on or about April 24, 2019
