29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(1): The employer did not ensure that at least the following hazards were addressed: Cancer, lung effects, immune system effects, and kidney effects: a) Twin City Contracting, Inc., Site Address: 1055 Hudson St., Union, NJ. The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in curb repair activities who were using and working with Sakrete Fast Setting Concrete Mix containing repirable crystalline silica in the form of Quartz (84%) were trained in the hazards associate with silica and that at least the following hazards are addressed: Cancer, lung effects, immune system effects, and kidney effects.
