29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: On or about March 5, 2019, the employer did not conduct periodic (annual) inspections of the overhead cranes to include but not limited to the Budgit 1 ton located at the plating department. The cranes are used on a daily basis to put pieces into and out of the plating tanks.
