29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, employees were exposed to corrosive chemical products such as but not limited to the Envirokote 3385 NP, Industrial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser, containing nitric acid and sodium hydroxide, respectively, when the employer did not have a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing eyes and body for immediate use in the paint area and in the cleaning area next to the rolling door.
