29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: A.) Riverwoods Cabinetry, LLC; production area - On or about 2/8/19, and at times prior thereto, the Powermatic table saw did not have a spreader installed to prevent wood being kicked back. The saw was used to cut and rip wood.
