29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(i): The employer did not provide clean change areas as an interim protection for employees performing tasks as specified in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2), without regard to the use of respirators: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards. The condition was most recently documented on February 28th, 2019, at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan KS. Employees engaged in paint removal activities in rooms 212 and 117 were exposed to lead hazards in that the employer did not provide adequate change areas for employees.
