29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(i): Receptacles were installed so that an energized attachment plug was its source of supply: YTT, Port Side: On, or about, October 19, 2018, a flexible cord that was energized through an attachment plug was used to energize a receptacle mounted on a work bench. The receptacle was used to energize a refrigerator and microwave oven.
