29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining was not conducted whenever a periodic inspection under paragraph (c)(6)of this section revealed, or whenever the employer had reason to believe that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: a) Jobsite, 858 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001: On or about August 8, 2018, the employer did not provide additional retraining for employees when deviations from the written procedure for locking and tagging out the Acromix Systems batching/mixing system (model number: BR-20210, serial number SN-74565ER021605080) were observed.
