29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At a worksite located at 13128 5th Street, Grandview, Missouri.. on 9 July 2018 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals ,including but not limited to NAPA Brand Premium Performance Automatic Transmission Fluid used to maintain companies fleet of vehicles.Employees were not provided Hazard Communications training at the time of their initial assignment.
