29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about June 5, 2018, at 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Employees performing warehouse work were exposed to smoke and fire hazards while working in the warehouse when the employer did not instruct employees how to recognize and minimize the hazards of fire and portable fire extinguisher use.
